For over two decades, I have lived and worked as a coach, consultant, entrepreneur, and humanitarian practitioner across the globe, from Central America to Asia, and countless places in between.
Originally from Italy, my anchor is now Beirut, Lebanon. Living here has taught me, in the most visceral way, that resilience is not about being unbreakable. It’s about finding the light, wisdom, and unshakable strength that comes from the breaks. I am the living proof that light comes from cracks. This is the core truth I bring into my coaching.
My formal education reflects my global journey, with studies in Italy and the United Kingdom, and professional certifications pursued worldwide, including coaching in the United States, yoga in India, and Gendai Reiki training in Malaysia. This synthesis of Western education and Eastern wisdom forms the backbone of my integrative practice.
This profound journey has gifted me with a deep, empathetic understanding of diverse human experiences. I create a space where clients feel truly seen, safe, and empowered to embrace all parts of their story, especially the fractured ones, to find their unique brilliance.
Reflecting Journeys is born from Laura’s 20+ years of global experience across multiple sectors and disciplines, creating a unique blend that weaves together principles from different fields into one cohesive, overarching framework. Reflecting Journeys is the fruit of:

I have searched for a feeling of home my entire life. After travelling to over 100 countries, in 2018 I finally found where I belong – Beirut – and claimed it as my own.
It was the Lebanese spirit that made me feel seen. That gave me joy, love, and, finally, life itself.
As a Reflector, environment is everything. I absorb the health of the collective; I sense what is true beneath the surface. Despite Lebanon’s thousands of fractures, I latched onto its bright, resilient mindset and opened myself to possibility. I discovered my sanctuary within constant fragility. And like flowers bending and cracking in a storm, we rose together as the rain poured down – to rebuild our roots, to heal, to grow.
Beirut – the navel of the world. The crossroads of history, religion, civilisation, and culture. With its deep wounds and its unbreakable spirit, I see it as one of the brightest beams of light in a world that struggles to recognise itself.
Just as culture and troubling news have spread from Lebanon across the globe, I believe deep alignment can begin here too. It is the power of this land’s spirit – a force that transforms into a systemic, energetic blueprint, ready to be exported once more to the world.

Home, for me, is also my immediate shelter of comfort. A place where I feel safe and authentic.
